While slightly immature I found this really funny. I think she makes a good point that if your character wants to say something like that then let them. It's a great take on how you develop your characters over time. You will be building them over time and if your brain leads you there it may be for a good reason and you should follow it. It could help you develop and better characters as well as make the story better

2. "it looked like a bunch of kids eating lunch. it was really opening our insides in front of everyone"

I really liked this quote not only in her use fit to describe how to use it writing but also relate to it so much personally. I completely understand where she is coming through, especially within the anxiety spectrum. I remember trying to find places to sit and hoping you wouldn't be alone every new term. Plus, it is a very good way to start stories by just trying to spill your guts and ideas. I think this is a very good quote that I will use in the future to help me with my writing.
