• John saw his boss stealing money from the company. Since John is the accountant he finally uncovered that is was his boss. His boss is now offering him a lot of money to keep quiet. John doesn't know what to do because the doesn't want to go to jail but he could also really use the money.
• Laura had always had her dream school picked out for years. However, neither of her parents can afford it and therefore she would need to take out a lot of loans which would leave her in debt. She did get into a cheaper school on scholarship but its nothing like her dream school. Her parents have been telling her over and over to go to the cheaper school but she is worried she may regret it in the long run.
• Jesse saw something she can't explain. Many would call it a UFO. She doesn't know if she can tell anyone but she feels like she is going to explode if she doesn't tell anyone. But people may also call her crazy and shoo her off. She has no one to go to until she does research online to figure out if she's the only one.

Laura has been working years for this. Weekends devoted to studying to keep her 4.0. All the extracurriculars. No social life for the past for years. AP class after AP class. Today, as she was going through the daily mail she saw it. The letter. She threw the other mail and raced to open it. It has been her dream school for years since. The campus was beautiful and far enough from hoke she could start fresh. She dreamed to get her degree from her. She threw the out packaging to the side and saw the first line "you have been accepted" she screamed with excitement. She told her parents immediately and they returned with half-smiles and congratulations. She knew they couldn't afford it. The only way for her to go would be thousand dollar loans. Her parents had been pushing her the last few months to go to an in-state college she had also been accepted too since they could afford it with little loans. She still hadn't decided if she would choose her dream school and the affordable option. She was afraid of the regrets she may have in the future. Yet, she did not let dwindle her excitement as her hard work had paid off.
