wild space
I got it when I was around the age of 10. White and blue stakes pushed through the deep sand of our property in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. Full of metal and plastic. For ten year old me this was the playground of my dreams. It was fully equipped with two swings, one special type of swing and a slide. Hours and hours would go past of me playing, as well as trying to convince my parents to join me as if a fully grown adult could fit on the kid's set. They set it up next to the window above the sink so they could still see me. Many times this set was hit by the 3 ATVs that my family-owned. It just so happened to be on the path. This set invaded into the many summer weekends we would spend the until winter approached closing time. This was the weekends before much of reality set in. I actually enjoyed heading up north. We got rid of it a few years ago. Now, all that sits there are the land and sand.
